Black Friday WTF????

I have never been out shopping on Black Friday, because I always have to work. This year I took off to make sure I could go get these fabulous deals I hear about. I will never do that again. Brad & I went to Walmart at 4:30 am to get John-Bradley a Jeep power wheels-----we didn't get one. People were fighting over them! We just turned around and left--there was no way we were going to act like animals to get our son a Christmas present. We did manage to find a few good deals and we got ALL of our shopping completed! I am so excited to be done--especailly since I have started having some unusual pains. I can honestly say if I have a baby right now it will be fine with me!!! So I guess Black Friday isn't all it's cracked up to be after all.

John-Bradley's 1st day at school!

John-Bradley went to school today!!! I was so terrified, but he wasn't. He walked right in and made himself at home. I asked if he wanted me to take off his jacket, and he just walked up to the teacher, (whom he'd never seen before) and said "help please!" I can't believe my little man is growing up! He really seemed to like it and he got a good "rainbow report" for the day. He even painted a picture! My very first picture for the fridge!! His teacher said he tasted every color. My kid's a genius and yet he likes to eat paint. Go figure. I am so excited about him getting to interact with other children, I think it will help him alot in the long run. I am a very proud mommy today!

UGHHHHH!

Last night someone broke into my car. Well, I can't really say broke in, because I leave it unlocked, but they did rummage through my stuff and make a big mess. I am sure it was kids, looking for money or something easy to take. They didn't steal one thing, not even a CD. They threw them around and tore up a few coupons (which had my blood boiling) but they made the conscience decision to leave it all behind. Does that mean I am so uncool I don't have anything worth stealing? Not one thing? When I walked up to my car and saw that it was ransacked, I just knew that my latest CVS score and my coupon stash was gone. But these hoodlums weren't even the slightest bit interested. I guess they didn't know that they passed up between $50-$100 in free coupons and who knows how much in cents off coupons. I am such a dork to even think someone who breaks into cars in the middle of the night might be interested in coupons! I thank God they didn't break anything, but is it pathetic of me to be disappointed that they didn't steal anything?
